I am writing to give feedback on iRest with Eva. When I initially started practicing Yoga Nidra, I was pretty close to having a nervous breakdown. This practice has had a life-changing affect for me. I came to a point in my life where I had to stop and take care of myself and this is when I started practicing yoga Nidra with Eva. This practice literally saved my life.
